Choose a User ID and Password

This page will allow you to create a new member account. Your userid and password will allow you to make changes to your registration information, and will allow you to access the member-only areas of our website. The first step in this process is to choose a User ID and a Password to use for your new account in the form below.

User ID:	Enter a userid that you would like to use to login to the application. The userid must be at least 5 characters long, may contain letters, digits, and hyphens, and is not letter case sensitive.
User Password:	Enter a password for your new account. The password must be at least 8 long, and may contain upper and lowercase letters, digits, special characters, and spaces. Unlike User IDs, passwords are letter case sensitive.
Password (Again):	To make sure you typed your new password correctly, please re-enter the password again here.
